Beachfront home located directly on Casuarina Point Beach which stretches eight miles long ending with a beautiful sand bank view of the bay. Casuarina is located 25 miles south of the Marsh Harbour International Airport, on the island of Abaco in The Bahamas.

Open living, dining and kitchen area. Living area offers queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. Spacious master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo. Guest room accessible through master or via deck entrance with two single beds. Bring the outside in! Lots of deck and front yard lounging and dining furniture options with fantastic views over the sandy beach of the bar and ocean beyond.

Great fishermen's retreat, bonefish the flats 50 ft. from the house. Pets welcome, owner has dogs next door. Kid friendly, great shallow water beach for younger kids. Fenced in yard offers privacy.

Spring/ Summer and Winter Holiday are ON Season Times generally no discounts are allowed unless staying for longer lengths of time. August 15- December 15 is considered off season, there are selective restaurants and on island activities during this time frame. As reflected above our owners who stay open for this time offer you a 15-20% discount. January 15- February 15 is a mini slow season almost everything is open still from the holidays but it is not that busy on island as holidays are over and spring break has not yet arrived. As reflected most owners offer you a 10% discount during this time.

Standard Amenities Include:

All bed linens, bathroom towels, utensils, cookware, inside and outside dishware, microwave, toaster or toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, and all have an outside grill option. All homes are stocked with an assortment of books, games and DVD's, CD's and VCR's as applicable.
