Going topless, nude or clothing optional in Mexico
Hoping to enjoy your Mexican vacation in the nude? Here is the low-down on topless, nude and clothing optional beaches and resorts in Mexico.
All beaches in Mexico are federal property and nudity is not officially sanctioned, however in practice you will find that there are many beaches where topless and nude sunbathing and swimming take place. There are some nude and clothing optional resorts, or if you prefer, you can find remote and secluded spots where you can sunbathe and swim in the nude with no one else the wiser.
Topless Beaches and Resorts
Topless sunbathing along the beaches of the Mayan Riviera1 is not uncommon. There are a few resorts where topless sunbathing is accepted.

The Temptation resort in Cancun is an adult-only all-inclusive with seven outdoor jacuzzis and three swimming pools. One of the swimming pools is where most of the fun takes place, with sexy games and activities. All pools are topless-optional.
