8 oz. Cream of coconut
8 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 wedge Pineapple

1 1/2 oz. Rum, dark

2 oz. Rum, light
Fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
2 wedges Lime
2 leaves Mint
1 1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Mixing Instructions
Gently muddle the lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar syrup together at the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice, then slowly add the rum. Fill with soda and stir gently to bring the leaves upwards into the mixture.
