Turks and Caicos customary Fee’s include an attorney fee of 1 per cent of the selling price.
Additionally, a Stamp Duty is applied to the transaction and varies depending on the island of purchase.
For the islands of Providenciales, Pine Cay, Parrot Cay, Water Cay and West Caicos the Stamp Duty is zero under $25,000, 6.5% under $75,000 and 9.75% over $75,000.
For the islands of Grand Turk, North Caicos, Middle Caicos, South Caicos and Salt Cay the Stamp Duty is zero under $25,000 and 5% over $25,000.
